Begin 2024 heeft de Gemeente Edam-Volendam de aanbesteding gepubliceerd voor Telefonie en Contactcenter met Microsoft Teams ondersteuning. De gemeente was op zoek naar een oplossing waarbij bereikbaarheid voor inwoner en medewerker centraal stond, en bovenal de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening kon borgen op een zo eenvoudig en veilig mogelijke manier.
In maart 2024 kwam het heugelijke nieuws dat de aanbesteding gegund is aan Gamma Communications samen met partner KonductiT. Met de aangeboden oplossing Microsoft Teams Operator Connect en het KCC van ROGER365.io | Microsoft Certified Contact Center for Teams, haalt de gemeente een oplossing in huis die volledig kan voldoen aan al haar eisen.

Inmiddels is het projectteam hard bezig om de voorbereidingen te treffen voor de uitrol! Met veel aandacht en oog voor de gebruikers die straks met de oplossing gaan werken, is de focus op het goed neerzetten van een stevig fundament! Zodat de gemeente straks de vruchten kan plukken van een telefonie platform die hen helpt op het gebied van bereikbaarheid en beschikbaarheid voor haar inwoners en medewerkers.
