As of this week, the Municipality of Edam-Volendam is using a fully integrated, modern communication solution: Microsoft Teams Phone, powered by Operator Connect from Gamma Communications and the intelligent contact center solution from ROGER365.io. The entire setup is seamlessly integrated within Microsoft Teams.
